Moving on foot through the bushveld of the Waterberg. Twelve photographs of trees — none of them alone. Every image contains others: partial, crossing, competing, or partnering. The interest was in finding resolution inside the complex relationship of trees. How a tree holds itself amongst others. Sometimes apart, sometimes in dispute, and sometimes in an embrace.
